Sebastien Lagree [founder of lagree fitness]
With an MBA from Seattle University, advanced certifications for both weight training and Pilates, and over 18 years of professional experience in numerous aspects of health and fitness, Sebastien Lagree opened his first studio in September of 2001. Lagree Fitness quickly developed a following of celebrities and top athletes. Simply put, Lagree Fitness is the most innovative and aggressive approach to full body conditioning to date. It is the next evolution in physical fitness. Moving effectively out of the borders of conditioned stimulus, the Lagree Fitness integrates the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance in a sequence that allows for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction. The composition of this method is significant in that it encourages maximum exertion, while allowing for a low risk of injury. This sequence also promotes flexibility and elasticity. The client, at conclusion, is left with a lithe and powerful body resistant to the everyday stresses of work and life.

Carlynn Martin [trainer]
I have over 4 years of Personal and Group Fitness Training along with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from the University of Denver. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, being that I grew up playing every sport imaginable. I played Division I soccer at the University of Denver and since I have continued to play non-competitively and also participate in several charity events, such as the MS 150, as well as competed in several marathons and triathlons. I am continually looking for ways to expand my knowledge of fitness and challenge myself and others with fitness goals.
I have worked with a wide variety of clientele; many who have a general interest of getting into shape, long term and short term fitness goals, and even collegiate level athletes. I love it when my clientele can work hard and have fun at the same time. I have made it a point to center my career on helping people change their lives both mentally and physically. I believe the more ways an individual can stay active, from trying different fitness classes to hiking or skiing on the weekends, the more likely they are to continually live a healthy and happy life. A quote that I live by:
"If your dreams don't scare you, then they aren't big enough."

Katrina has a love for learning that helps her continue to expand her knowledge in fitness and wellness.
Katrina recently moved back to Colorado and loves bike riding, boating, golfing, and all other things out doors with her husband and two dogs.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
Kelsey Cline [trainer]
Kelsey Cline is originally from Portland Oregon, and grew up playing soccer and training in competitive dance. She received her BA from the University of San Diego in Economics and Anthropology and continued her love of dance on the NCAA dance and cheer team, but needed to increase her strength training in a way that supported her dance career. She soon found Lagree Fitness Pilates at Pilates Plus Pacific Beach.
Kelsey's love of fitness and pilates continued as she moved to Denver. She completed her license to teach Zumba Fitness and is pursuing her NASM personal training certification. She believes fitness can change your life if you are dedicated, work hard, and have fun!
Lindsey Lillpop [trainer]
Lindsey Lillpop believes that her foundation in fitness began at the age of ten when she started competing in gymnastics. From there, her love of challenging and pushing herself physically reached into different avenues such as volleyball, dance, running, and yoga to name a few. Through-out the years, Lindsey really began to observe the importance of exercise, especially in older age. "It really blew my mind when I would hear about these eighty year-old marathon runners who were in great shape, and then would see someone twenty years younger who had trouble climbing stairs without having pain of some sort! I decided I wanted to be like the eighty year-old marathon runners . . . only without the marathon :)" Despite her love of fitness, she still realizes how hard it can be to be disciplined and consistent in a workout routine. "I really feel I can relate to most of my clients, because even though I love being active I still struggle with having the discipline to do so on a regular basis. But I also know how great I feel afterwards and all the benefits I'm being rewarded with, and it's those benefits that I'm addicted to and want to share with others."
When Lindsey was introduced to LAGREE fitness, she definitely knew it was something she needed to share. She loved that she could finally have a workout that combined the best of all worlds: intense, comprehensive, and low impact. Her goal is to use this LAGREE workout to create a fun, high energy environment where people actually look forward to working out! "I'm committed to helping others achieve that quality of life that I know they can absolutely have".
Georgia Brown [trainer]
I graduated with a B.S. degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara. Having a background in science, I have always had an interest in health, but my passion for nutrition and fitness has grown tremendously over the past few years. I live a very healthy holistic lifestyle and believe food is the best medicine; nothing compares to the power of nutrition. I believe I can make a difference in the lives of people by sharing my knowledge and passion for nutrition which is why l am continuing my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a holistic health coach. The possibilities in the field of fitness and nutrition are endless which is what makes this journey so exciting. I decided to become a Lagree Fitness instructor because I am truly passionate about the workout and feel it can make a difference in those that are willing to put forth the hard work and effort, both inside and out of the studio. My interest in fitness has also led me to expand my knowledge and expertise by becoming a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a certified TRX instructor. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and searching through my favorite blogs as well as Pinterest (totally addicted) for healthy recipes; fueling my body with the energy it needs to get through those kick butt workouts! I look forward to the opportunity to train, motivate and hopefully inspire you to push yourself to get a killer workout in the studio.

From a young age, Christina was always dancing, moving, and finding new ways to challenge herself. An Alaska native, she began dancing at the age of 6 to help with her figure skating career and she hasn't stopped since. She grew up dancing and performing in Alaska before she went to Montana State to get her B.S. in Exercise Physiology, as well as her ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist and Zumba certifications. In 20072009, she traveled around the U.S., China, and Japan as the lead dancer in the Magic of Jay Owenhouse, before being accepted into a professional training program at the New England Center for Circus Arts in Vermont in 2010, where she specialized in hand‐-to‐-hand/partner acro and skating trapeze. For the past couple of years, she has been performing and dancing all over the U.S., Germany, and the U.A.E. with Pilobolus Dance Theater and Radiolab Live. She just moved to Denver last year to continue working with MOTH Poetic Circus as the dance captain, choreographer, and a performer. When she's not training, traveling, or performing, she stays active and happy teaching Zumba, dance acro, and group fitness classes locally, giving fitness assessments, and implementing wellness and fitness programs to clients, striving to inspire others, as she too has been inspired. She is really proud to be a Lagree trainer and is very excited to be a part of the Pilates Evolution crew..
Kelsey Sheahan [trainer]
Kelsey is a fitness enthusiast who believes strongly in the saying: "If it doesn't challenge you, then it doesn't change you". Her main passion in life has always been dance which she found over 20 years ago. She danced for the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders and was a member of the Armed Forces Entertainment Tours for 4 years. She had the privilege of traveling to the combat zones of Iraq and Afghanistan as well as Qatar, Kuwait, The UAE, Japan, Italy and Guam to serve and "give thanks" to the men and women who fought (and still continue to fight) for the freedom and security of those back home.
Kelsey has been teaching Pure Barre since 2009 and has always loved the Pilates aspect of the technique. A friend introduced Kelsey to Lagree Fitness in the summer of 2013 and she was humbled at how ridiculously challenging a 40 minute class could be and thenů was addicted! Kelsey is honored to be a part of the wonderfully talented Pilates Evolution team and is committed to inspiring others to create an even better, stronger version of themselves!
